This application facilitates the general public by providing a platform to submit complaints against federal government agencies to the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat. The app includes a comprehensive list of these agencies for user reference. Upon submission, complaints are processed online and integrated into the Complaint Management Information System managed by the Wafaqi Mohtasib. Users will promptly receive an SMS confirming the successful registration of their complaint. They have the option to select either the main office in Islamabad or any regional office - including Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, D.I. Khan, Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala - for the hearing of their case. The app provides real-time updates on the status of each case stage. After the hearing, users can easily access and download the findings of the Wafaqi Mohtasib related to their case. For additional support, individuals can contact the helpline at 1055 between 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (PST) or access further information via the official website at www.mohtasib.gov.pk. Notably, this application also enables users to file complaints on behalf of children or regarding related issues.
